“Stayed over the weekend in the Managers Suite on a hunting trip and was very pleased with the accommodations for our group. We had 4 guys and it worked out perfectly. The room was clean and the beds were just right for a good nights sleep. I don't normally write reviews, but Angie was terrific. I left a work binder in the room and she took care of sending it to me after I was back home. If I'm ever in the area again I will make sure to stay at the Hotel Marceline. They have made a life long customer out of me.”
“I stopped in through Marceline on my cross country road trip to see where Disney got his ideas. It is a sweet small town and the hotel is perfectly located just 2 streets down from Walts childhood home and the site of the original Dreaming Tree & Dreaming Tree Two. In the opposite direction is the original Main Street USA which is full of treasured spots. Check in/out was easy. For the rate I paid I feel like it was a good value. I enjoyed seeing decor from the Walt Disney World resorts that I have personally been to and the effort to make it feel as if you were staying on Disney property. The room was a bit dusty and the bathroom was a bit dated but other than that I am happy I chose to stay here on my way through Missouri and would recommend to others.”
“We came into town for a family reunion. The hotel had room for the 4 of us. Very cute! Clean and comfortable. The sound of trains lulled us to sleep. Donut shop right next door!! Highly recommend!”
“Absolutely fantastic place to stay! So charming, nice and quiet. Staff was really friendly, both at check-in and check-out. There was also a notebook in the room of local recommendations, which was nice. Pay attention to check-in and check-out times, there isn't always someone at the front desk. Which was fine for us, but it seems like in the reviews not everyone realizes that. Also, the room curtains are really sheer, so bring an eye mask if any light bothers you. That would really be my only 'complaint', I also felt like it was easy to see in my room at night. Other than that though, great place to stay!”
